Description:
Venable Park Renovation project in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri, will be received by Jim Heines, Director of Public Works, until 1:00 p.m. on April 15, 2025, at the Public Works office, located in the Creve Coeur Government Center, 300 North New Ballas Road, Creve Coeur, Missouri 63141, and will thereafter be publicly read aloud. The scope of work for this project involves installation of a memorial to Dr. Venable, installation of a playground for 2-5 year olds, installation of pavilion, parking lot improvements, improving pedestrian connectivity (including a pedestrian bridge), and grading. The work involved with this project is described in further detail within the Project Manual. The City reserves the right to revise the project limits and may add or remove work locations at any time.
