THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR APROPOSAL OR QUOTE. THE VERMONT NATIONAL GUARD IS NOT SEEKING PRICINGOR OFFERS.
GENERAL: This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice, issued inaccordance with FAR 10.001(a) to conduct market research to identify potentialvendors capable of providing laundry and dry cleaning services the Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) Central Issue Facility and Regional Training Institute located in Colchester, VT and Army Mountain Warfare School located in Jericho, Vermont.
DISCLAIMER: This RFI/Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information andplanning purposes. It does not constitute either a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or aRequest for Proposal (RFP); nor is it a promise to issue an RFQ/RFP in the future.This RFI/Sources Sought Notice does not commit the Government to contract forany supply or service whatsoever.
The VTARNG is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept any unsolicitedproposals. Responders, and not the Government, will pay for any costs incurredwhile responding to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice.
The Vermont National Guard is seeking interested vendors for a multiple award blanket purchase agreement (BPA) or indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.
Vendors who do not respond to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice may still participatein any future RFQ/RFP. Information submitted in response to this RFI/SourcesSought Notice is strictly voluntary and becomes the property of the Government.The Government may modify this announcement or any associated solicitation itmay issue at its discretion.
