THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE RELEASED VIA THE INTERNET. This will be the only method for distributing solicitation documents and amendments. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT), Public Works Department (PWD) Crane, will issue a request for proposals for an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with recurring and non-recurring services to accomplish VTE maintenance and repair services. Work will be performed at the Naval Support Activity (NSA Crane) in Crane, Indiana. It is the Government-s intent to utilize the contract resulting from this solicitation to accomplish VTE maintenance and repairs services, via an IDIQ contract. Work to be ordered via task orders will include maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction for VTE. VTEs covered in this contract include elevators, vertical wheel chair lifts, material lifts, and dumbwaiters.
