Description:
This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. This is not a solicitation or request to offers. No solicitation package is available, and telephone request will not be honored.
The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC), Contracting Department, San Diego CA, 92155 intends to solicitate and award Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to Indoor Skydiving Virginia, LLC, dba iFLY VA Beach for the procurement of vertical wind tunnel services.
The contract action is for commercial services acquired accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items; only one source under authority10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.103-1.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611699 - All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction. The size standard is $16.5M.
