INVITATION TO BIDVeterans Memorial Park Basketball CourtsSealed bids for the conversion of an existing parking lot to a coated basketball court with fencing and relocation of lighting will be received online via the OpenGov Program (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/yorkcity) by the City of York, York County, Pennsylvania, until 10:00 AM, Wednesday, April 23, 2025.The bids will be publicly opened and read electronically, via OpenGov-s website, at 10:00 AM (prevailing time), same date. Bid results will be available by end of day, same date.Copies of Bidding Documents for the Veterans Memorial Park Basketball Courts project are available online and at no cost at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/yorkcity.NOTE: The Council of the City of York have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of the City of York.A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the City of York in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work.Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
