NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION (EFLHD), OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), INTENDS TO PROCURE FROM THE GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS, DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND NATURAL RESOURCES FOR BUILDING PERMIT FEE FOR FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION PROJECT VI 38(2), RAPHUNE HILL ROAD IMPROVEMENTS.
A VIRGIN ISLANDS DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DPNR) BUILDING PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO CONSTRUCT THE PROJECT. COORDINATION WITH DPNR DIVISION OF PERMITS IS REQUIRED.
