PROJECT NAME: VMUS Shop/Warehouse Design and Construction EstimateWe are soliciting proposals from experienced design professionals or firms for the design and cost estimation of a new shop/warehouse facility. This structure will serve as a centralized location for storing utility parts and equipment and may also include functional space for administrative use. The goal is to create a durable, efficient facility that optimizes storage, access, and operational workflows.The selected firm will be responsible for producing complete architectural and structural plan sets suitable for permitting and construction. These plans must include site layout, floor plans, elevations, and detailed structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings, as well as material specifications.
