Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Video Production System Upgrade Schedule and milestones will be the following. • Completion of POC and the validation of production workflow requirements • Setup of and testing of live production environment Including but not limited to: o Hot and cold storage setup o DAM or MAM system o Storage and backup systems connected o Hardware needs fully integrated • Successful migration and back up of all assets with QC reporting on migration progress and completion. • Training and onboarding of full team into the production environment. • Ongoing technical support. Minimum System Requirements • Any hardware needed for solution must be stored outside of IRC office and be cloud accessible • Two factor authentication. SSO option is available (not required but a plus). • 80TBs of hot and cold storage • 20-30TBs of scalable growth per year. • 3 backups with at least one being in a separate location. • High speed download and upload access in North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa to share and access video assets when connected to the internet. • GDPR compliant. (Any non-anonymized PII transferring to/from Europe/Great Britain would be subject to GDPR regulations.)
