This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 15.206. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, management, expertise, transportation, supervision, training, licenses and permits to provide the services in accordancewith the Statement of Work (SOW) for an installation of a Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the Paul D. Wellstone Federal Building located at 212 Third Avenue South Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401 (MN0036).
