The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a Sole Source, firm-fixed-price contract with General Dynamic for continuous maintenance and servicing of ATF phones with 3-year warranties. These phones are the Sectéra vIPer (voice over IP) phones that provide a classified telephonic capability. Please see attached JOFOC:
The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Julie Truong, email address Julie.Truong@atf.gov by Friday June 8th, 2023 (12:00pm EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
