Market research hasdetermined that these items are specialized and are only available from a single source withoutan unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of items will satisfy agencyrequirements. The Government intends to award the contract with an estimated effective date ofDecember 02, 2025, to BioMerieux Incorporated located at 100 RODOLPHE ST, DURHAM,NC 27712.This is a Brand-Name Only requirement for the VISN 6 laboratories. BioMerieux Incorporated is the original equipment manufacturer for BACT/ALERT VIRTUO fully automated blood culture testing system, associated consumables, training, and support services BioMerieux Incorporated does not have any authorized distributors to provide the requirement.This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does notconstitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals.
