Project Title: B825 Chiller and Boiler Repair Project Location: Building 825, Shaw AFB SC The purpose of this requirement is to replace the chillers and boiler at building 825 in accordance with the Statement of Work, dated 5 November 2024. The replacement chillers have been purchased on a prior contract and will be supplied as government furnished equipment. Section K, L and M will be removed upon award and will not be part of the resultant contract. IAW NFC 36.204 (d) the Construction Magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.***A site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for Wednesday 23 April 2025 / 9:00 AM EST. Please refer to Attachments 10 through 12 for Base Access Request form and supporting documentation******Questions and Answer regarding this requirement are due Wednesday, 30 April 2025 / 2:00 P.M. local (EST) unless otherwise announced.***The Purpose of Solicitation Amendment 0002 is to change solicitation bid submissions due date/time from Wednesday, 14 May 2025, 2:00 PM local (EST) time to Wednesday, 28 May 2025/2025. Electronically submitted solicitation bids will be opened on Thursday, 29 May 2025, 10:00 AM local (EST) time unless otherwise rescheduled and announced. The purpose of FA480325B00040001 is to provide the solicitation site visit location address information.
