The Salt Lake City VA Health Care System (SLCVAHCS) is updating their telecommunication system due to having an aged patient call system. Their existing system is utilized for staff communication and notification throughout patient care operations. The station has identified the Vocera brand as potentially meeting their needs for a replacement communication system for their facility. This posting is to determine vendor interest and capability to provide either the Vocera brand or other existing brands that would be considered equal in capability.
The station partner anticipates this requirement will be structured as a base year plus four option years as appropriate for licensing, technical support, and/or software subscriptions, etc.
