Description:
The Town of Mammoth Lakes will receive sealed Bid Proposals for the work shown on the plans entitled: Volcom Brothers Skate Park Annual Maintenance MNT 25-001 until 4:00PM on Friday, April 25, 2025.This project includes ongoing maintenance activities at the Volcom Brothers Skate Park located at 1390 Meridian Boulevard in Mammoth Lakes, including but not limited to inspection and repair of the facility-s concrete and grout, metal and concrete coping, rail features and drain inlets. The Town is particularly interested in hearing from contractors with previous experience building and maintaining skate parks.The Engineer-s Estimate for the project is $50,000 annually.Forms, plans and Contract Documents for this work are available electronically on the Online Bid Portal at https://www.townofmammothlakes.ca.gov/1016/Bids.Questions or Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted ONLY via the project posting on the Town-s Online Bid Portal at https://www.townofmammothlakes.ca.gov/1016/Bids.
