Notice of Intent to award a sole source purchase order: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Louis District (USACE), intends to issue a sole source purchase order to provide Vosta VL900 Dredge Pump Parts for the Dredge Potter vessel, located at the USACE Physical Support and Service Base, St. Louis, Missouri 63103. The award date is estimated to be no later than 31 March 2023.
The contractor shall supply the following items in new condition. Items listed below shall be free from material defects upon arrival.
· Dredge Pump VL 900 Throat Liner
· Dredge Pump VL 900 Outer Suction Liner
· Wear Bushing VL900 Suction
· 813mm Stern Swivel
· Wear Plate VL900
· Sealing Plate, Outward
· Sealing Plate, Inside
· Lantern Ring
· Sluice Valve Sealing Ring
The sole source procurement will be awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capabilities to satisfy the requirements should submit a capability statement and proof to provide all aspects of this service. All responses should be in writing to whitney.r.dee@usace.army.mil via e-mail prior to 10 Mar 2023 no later than 1100 hrs CST.
