This project consists of, but is not limited to: This project is the relocation of the existing janitorial closet to a dedicated room, a reconfiguration of the lobby area, and a flooring replacement of the facility. Please refer to plans and specifications. Please note the following scope items: New and salvaged/relocated baseboard hydronic heat New and salvaged/relocated doors and plumbing fixtures New and salvaged/relocated light fixtures Mostly existing and new 2x4 ACT tile ceilings Janitorial space: new shelving, exhaust, & mop sink. Reuse soap dilution machine.
