Governmnet is acquiring VTC suite with survey and installtion and testing of the equiipments as described in the Statement of Work (SOW). Refer SOW for more detail information.

Q. We are a Korean VTC company and are interested in participating in this solicitation. Upon reviewing the submission requirements, we noticed that it states proposals must be submitted via CHESS IT e-mart. We would appreciate your guidance on this, as our understanding was that proposal documents should be submitted either via email to the designated POC (you) or through the PIEE system. Could you kindly clarify this part for us?
