Notice of Intent to Solicit From a Single Source
Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC), intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) to Roka Security of Herndon, VA for the Vultr Virtual Private Server (VPS). This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the Vultr VPS by Roka Security.
This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
