This is amendment 0002, a system error has generated the document as 0003.The purpose of this amendment is to provide instructions on requesting access to Gordians system to create proposals for this solicitation and to update Gordian language in the scope of work for the JOC.*Access to Gordians Construction Task Catalog system is REQUIRED in order to submit a proposal. You CANNOT use RS Means, if you use RS Means your proposal will be rejected. Email kaleigh.n.nicksic.civ@army.mil to request access to the Gordian system for quoting. The solicitation will be extended to 12 March 2025. Please request access from 18 February 25 through 25 February 25.
