- This is a non-personal services contract to provide refuse and recycling services as defined in this PerformanceWork Statement (PWS) at MI043 (MS) Army Reserve located at (MI001) 1980 South Industrial Highway, AnnArbor MI 48104, (MI005) 1501 North Henry Street, Bay City MI 48706, (MI009) 32155 Groesbeck Highway,Fraser MI 48026, (MI013) 3200 South Beech Daly Road, Inkster MI 48141, (MI014) 1401 West Argyle Street,Jackson MI 49202, (MI020) 34451 Schoolcraft Road, Livonia, MI 48150, (MI029) 26402 West 11 Mile Road,Southfield MI 48034, (MI053) 460 North Towerline, Saginaw MI 48601. The Government will not exercise anysupervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract serviceproviders shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Theperiod of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period beginning 1 January 2026 (or subsequent date) and four(4) 12-month option periods as defined in the contract with an option to extend services for up to six (6) months.
