This Solicitation, W912BU25QA010, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), per the below:
The intent of this specification is to have the firefighting system onboard the Dredge McFarland inspected,tested, and certified for use.
Period of Performance: All work listed herein, not including any repairs found necessary during the performance of the inspection, shall be completed within 21 calendar days after the start of the work on 23 June 2025.

This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business under NAICS Code 811310 - 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $12,500,000.00
Quotes shall be emailed to Matthew Rhoads at matthew.t.rhoads@usace.army.mil and Domenic Sestito Jr at Domenic.L.Sestito@usace.army.mil no later than 5:00 PM EST on Tuesday, 03 June2025.
