Description
1. As a result of this solicitation, ACC-DTA intends to award a single requirements contract for the estimated supplies specified. Theresulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized through issuance of delivery orders for the discrete quantities for theordering period stated in the schedule. The Government bears no responsibility to issue an initial minimum order upon base contract award. For further guidance related to a requirements type contract, see FAR clause 52.216-21, Requirements.
2.As a result of solicitation W912CH-24-R-0181 a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) 3-Year Requirements Long-Term Contract (LTC), will be awarded to C.E. Niehoff & Co (CAGE: 76761) for the procurement of the following:

2.Technical Data Package top drawing is source-controlled, restricted to the manufacturers part number.
3. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal no later than Thursday, 05 June 2025 at 5:00 PM EST via e-mail to the Contract Specialist (ciara.l.woodard-brown.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission- W912CH-24-R-0181 (Company Name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.
CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
