This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912L7-25-Q-1700 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.
