Description
This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for the upcoming Solicitation 75H70125R00035 Wagner Misc. Projects, located in Wagner, SD. These construction services will be in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS) prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36.
The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about March 21, 2025 and will remain open for approximately 30 calendar days. The solicitation and all amendments for this Request for Proposals will be posted on https://sam.gov under Contract Opportunities. A full scope of work, plans and specifications and Construction Wage Determination will be included in the solicitation documents. Additional details can be found in the solicitation when it is posted to https://sam.gov.
SCOPE OF WORK: This acquisition is for completing miscellaneous projects serving the Wagner Indian Health Service Clinic in Wagner, SD. These projects are to demolish and install new flooring, completing exterior improvements, installing new propane tanks, and repairing manifold leaks.
LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Wagner Indian Health Service Clinic (Yankton) 111 Washington Ave NW, Wagner, SD 57380.

CONSTRUCTION DURATION: Period of Performance is 365 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 in accordance with FAR 36.204.
SITE VISIT: Details regarding the Site Visit will be included in the solicitation.
