1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Optime Complete Preventative Maintenance Services, Jonathan M Wainwright VA Medical Center, Walla Walla, WA. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26026Q0154.
2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 811210 (Electronic & Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance),Â and the small business size standard is 34 million. This procurement is total small-business set-aside, open market.
3. The intended contract period is a base year plus three (3) one-year option years.
4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, http://beta.sam.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is November 26, 2025, and the anticipated closing date is December 8, 2025. Interested Quoters are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times.
5. Quoters from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. All prospective Contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) database and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (811210) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotations. Failure to register in the database will make a Quoter ineligible for award.
