Description
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Document Services seeks a one-time Firm-Fixed-Price Service Contract. The Service contract will be available for use by only DLA Document Services at Rock Island Illinois.
The following parameters are to define what can be expected under the cleaning contract subject to the requirements/standards of the PWS, with the specific information to be included in the contract.
Building/Warehouse Size: Up to 150,000 square feet Building Ceiling Height: Up to 50 feet Racking Levels: Up to 4 levels Number of Columns: 34 total; 24 free standing pillars not attached to or obstructed by any other walls 10 that are obstructed by and/or partially built into other walls. Piping (cleaning?): contract will include linear feet estimate No property may be moved by the contractor, unless the government supervises. Or the government will move the property if needed as the contractor requests to ensure proper cleaning.
No rinse water will be disposed of on-site. Therefore, the contractor will be required to remove and dispose of all cleaning waste liquids and materials off-site.
Filth/grime conditions within the building can be light, moderate or heavy.
Contract will include the complete site address, the site Point of Contact, and note the security/access information.
