**Amendment 0003: Adding vendor question/answers and projected washer/dryer count.****Amendment 0002: Extending solicitation until 1200 PM Wednesday April 23, 2025 allowing for questions to be answered from vendors.**
This acquisition is issued as a Firm Fixed Price, total small business program set-aside procurement.It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is for non-personal service. Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide the services listed below. The purpose of this eο¬ort is to provide Washer and Dryer leasing and maintenance. The following market research addresses the objective to determine the commercial availability for leasing and maintaining washers and dryers in unaccompanied housing (UH) and temporary lodging facilities located on Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The requirement is for the contractor to lease and maintain 70 single washers and 80 single electrical dryers in a manner which will ensure their serviceability and prevents deterioration in value of effectiveness. The contractor shall lease a total of 150 units for a period of 60 months and repair/maintain the leased equipment for the period of performance.Included Solicitaiton Admendment:Fixes to original:1.
