The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Brand Name Only Capital IQ and Credit & Risk Solutions commercial off-the-shelf software, to S&P Global Market Intelligence LLC, 55 Water ST FL 40, New York, New York 10041-0004, in order to provide commercial off-the-shelf software licenses for a web-based research platform that provides provide for software licenses for Capital IQ & Pro Bundle, Credit Analytics & Capital IQ Lite, Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) model, RatingsDirect, and the 3-Sector Bundle of Scorecards.
The S&P Capital IQ & Pro Bundle software includes a web-based research platform that provides data and insight on 50 million+ public and private companies globally. The S&P Capital IQ & Pro Bundle allows DoD OSC users to gain a 360-degree view of a company-s financial performance, corporate hierarchy, ownership structure, transaction history, key developments and more. The S&P Capital IQ & Pro Bundle includes a screening tool to identify potential targets or peers in specific industries/markets, and the software provides an Excel plugin to create financial models that automatically update.
The S&P Credit Analytics & Capital IQ Lite software provides a suite of quantitative-based statistical risk rating models that analyze historical financials, equity market signals, industry risk factors and more to calculate credit scores (letter grade rating, PD, LGD) for both public and private companies.
