Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Interior Region 8: Lower Colorado Basin, Boulder Canyon Operations Office has a requirement to obtain services related to the Colorado River such as education services, produce and distribute multiple in-depth online articles, create official conference proceedings from Colorado River Symposium, and develop and implement yearly river tour related to the Colorado River. The services shall be completed, on-site, on the Colorado River and at Water Education Foundation locations.The only company known to be able to perform these services is Water Education Foundation, 2151 River Plaza DR STE 205, Sacramento, CA, 95833-4129.
