The Regional Procurement Support Office, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:
Water leakage repair in the parking garage and basement of the US Embassy London, United Kingdom
The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Construction type contract during the third quarter of calendar year 2025.
The successful contractor shall provide a specialist to repair the water ingress into the parking garage at the below grade basement floor, basement floor, ceiling of the irrigation pump room, ceiling of pond equipment room, and geothermal vaults of US Embassy London.
The U.S. Embassy in London has exhibited water ingress and seepage at various locations of the below ground construction of the project, there is evidence of water ingress to the diaphragm wall and mat slab. There is also water leak from the concrete ceiling of the pond equipment room and irrigation pump room.
The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for the entire project.
