Box 29, Hooper Bay, Alaska 99604 applied for a permit to appropriate water on March 11, 2015 (Priority Date). The application proposes the following: The withdrawal of up to 29,000 gallons per day (gpd) from January 1st through December 31st each year from five (5) drilled wells located within the Northeast ¼ of the the Southwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township (T) 17 North, Range (R) 93 West, Seward Meridian. The proposed purpose of use is a public water supply for the City of Hooper Bay. The proposed place of use is the City of Hooper Bay. Said property being located within Sections 26, 27, 34 and 35, Township (T) 17 North, Range (R) 93 West, Seward Meridian.Per AS 46.15.133 (a), within 15 days of publication or service of notice, persons may file with the director written objections.
