- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. Requisition Number W912HZ26RA002 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP) with intent to make more than one award if acceptable offers are available. However, the Government reserves the right to award to only a single offeror.
