- Responsible General Contractors are to provide all construction, materials, equipment and labor to complete the 2025 Water Storage Tank Condition Assessment (Project) as generally described below:The Contractor will be performing the following tasks on the listed tanks below,Thoroughly clean and perform interior inspection of the tank-s condition.Video and photograph the complete interior and exterior of the tank.Make interior tank coating spot repairs, as necessary.Inspect and repair the welded seems along the tank walls as necessary.Thoroughly disinfect the tank-s interior, after the tank-s assessment and any repair/recoating work has been completed:1. Atlanta Highway Tanka. The Atlanta Highway Tank is a 500,000-gallon multi-legged elevated steel storage tank located at 4456 Atlanta Highway, Bogart GA and erected in 1980 by Taylor Iron Works.2. Harve Mathis Road Tank No. 1a. The Harve Mathis Road Tank No. 1 is a 750,000-gallon multi-legged elevated steel storage tank located at 275 Harve Mathis Rd and erected by Phoenix Fabricators and Erectors in 1991.3. Harve Mathis Road Tank No. 2a. The Harve Mathis Road Tank No. 1 is a 500,000-gallon multi-legged elevated steel storage tank located at 275 Harve Mathis Rd and erected by Caldwell Tanks in 2007.4. John Collier Road Tank No. 1a. The John Collier Road Tank No. 1 is a 500,000-gallon multi-legged elevated steel storage tank located at 790 John Collier Rd and erected by Brown Steel in 1990.5. John Collier Road Tank No. 2a. The John Collier Road Tank No. 2 is a 500,000-gallon multi-legged elevated steel storage tank located at 790 John Collier Rd and erected by Caldwell Tanks in 2007.6. J.G. Beacham Water Treatment Plant Clearwell No. 1 and No. 2a. The J.G. Beacham WTP Clearwell No. 1 and No. 2 are located on Waterworks Drive in northeastern Clarke County at the J.G. Beacham WTP.
