Description:
The Town of Queen Creek is accepting proposals from qualified Firms, to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide Water Tank Cleaning Services, on an as needed basis. Subsequent projects resulting from this contract will range in size and scope and at locations throughout the jurisdiction of the Town of Queen Creek. Work Orders may be completed by means of detailed scope of work documents and other specifications or special provisions prepared by the Town, in conjunction with the successful Firm. The Town-s intent with this service contract is to select qualified Firm(s) who are capable of self-performing Water Tank Cleaning Services while tanks are in service, visual inspection and minor diver-related tasks of municipal potable water tanks per Town of Queen Creek standards.The resulting term contract will be for an initial one (1) year term with an option, at the Town-s sole discretion, to extend annually for four (4) additional, one-year periods for a total length of contract not to exceed five (5) years total. Renewal of the contract will be based on the successful performance by the successful Firm and the needs of the Town.
