NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed priced one-time Service contract for a 50,000 gallon water storage tank repair to Pittsburg Tank and Tower Maintenance Co., Inc. UEI - GVF5B2M8BHZ4 Cage - 7Q7K9. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The period of performance will be 90 calendar days from the date of award. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, the size standard is $45 Million and the service code is Z2NE - Repair or alteration of water supply facilities. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b). Solicitation number W911N225Q0031 will be released on or about 30 June 2025, with a closing date on or about 14 July 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.sam.gov on or about 30 June 2025. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov.
