Combined Synopsis/Solicitation # HT940625QE027 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attachment. The SF Form 1449 is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses.
The Defense Health Agency, Healthcare Contracting Division- Southeast intends to procure a firm-fixed price contract for monthly and emergency water quality testing. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform monthly and emergency water quality testing for the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) located at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune (NMCCL), 100 Brewster Blvd, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12.6; Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
