- The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain the chemicals and services of a qualified water treatment service company that can produce clean heat transfer surfaces with a minimum corrosion rate at the lowest possible cost. The Contractor shall provide, add, and control the injection of all chemicals as required to control scale and algae issues. Contractor shall furnish all necessary qualified personnel, equipment, chemicals, supplies, and services to perform the work specified below to prevent scale, microbiological activity, and inhibit corrosion for 17 sites.
