Description:
THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure the boats, motors, and/or trailers specified in Exhibit C of the Sample Contract for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) (or approved equals as determined by the DNR). The State may consider alternative specifications than those detailed in Exhibit C, if the make(s), model(s), or brand(s) have comparable quality, style, and performance characteristics and allow the State to utilize the equipment in an effective manner. Please note: Requests to consider alternative specifications should be submitted before the Question deadline designated in the Section 1 - Instructions or found below. The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has the final authority to approve or deny the submitted alternative specifications. Pricing must be submitted via excel document "Exhibit D - Price Schedule", attached to this solicitation. QUESTIONS.
