THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. There is no solicitation available at this time. This Sources Sought Synopsis is published for information, planning and Market Research purposes only for the specified North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code of 541330, Engineering Services, assuming SBA assigned size standard of $25.5M. The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) is seeking qualified business sources to acquire services for underwater and above water inspection, material condition assessment, engineering and design services in support of Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) projects at DoD waterfront and ocean facilities at various locations worldwide (continental U.S., CONUS, and outside continental U.S., OCONUS).
This is a follow-on requirement for NAVFAC EXWC, the predecessor contracts are:
N39430-20-D-2207 (Region 1), which was awarded to incumbent, Childs Engineering Corporation, on 23 December 2019. N39430-20-D-2208 (Region 2), which was awarded to incumbent, Marine Solutions, Inc., on 12 February 2020. N39430-20-D-2209 (Region 3), which was awarded to incumbent, Lloyd Collins JV, on 12 February 2020. N39430-20-D-2210 (Region 4), which was awarded to incumbent, Appledore Marine Engineering, LLC, on 12 February 2020. N39430-20-D-2211 (OCONUS), which was awarded to incumbent, Jacobs Government Services Company, on 25 August 2019.
