WATERLINE BORING AT FALL RIVER, KS. This project covers the requirements that shall be required by the contractor to provide labor, equipment and various materials to install a new 2-inch High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) water line. This water line is approximately 1,715-feet of underground burial and will be incased in a 4? steel sleeve to allow protection from debris and allow the Corp of Engineers an avenue for future replacement. THIS ACQUISITION IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 36.204, DISCLOSURE OF THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, THE ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $100,000 AND $250,000. THE NAICS CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 237110, WATER AND SEWER LINE AND RELATED STRUCTURES CONSTRUCTION. THE SIZE STANDARD IS $45M. THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS 60 DAYS. PLEASE NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION REQUIRES BIDDERS TO ENTER A NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STANDARDS AND TECHNOLOGY (NIST) SCORE IN THE SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE RISK SYSTEM (SPRS). THE NIST SCORE IS REQUIRED BEFORE AN AWARD CAN BE MADE. CONTRACT SPECIALIST: LEE MADDOX, LEE.H.MADDOX@USACE.ARMY.MIL. AMENDMENT 0001 is to provide a corrected map on the last page of the SOW.
