Description
The Iowa Department of Public Defense seeks to purchase services for Creating 5 new enclosed offices to include, but limited to, demoing existing interior borrow lite frames and infilling with CMU, new metal stud and drywall partitions with sound batt insulation, new hollow metal door frames with sidelight, wood doors, and finish hardware, new carpet tile, new suspended acoustical tile ceiling, painting, modifications to the existing HVAC system / ductwork for new enclosed offices, adding radiant base heaters, new power receptacles, lighting, data receptacles, and demoing existing cmu opening to add HM frame and wood door.All bid documents should be downloaded via the buyer attachments section, then uploaded in the vendor attachments section of IMPACS for submission.
