The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District is seeking manufacturers pertaining to cast iron flanged end wye strainers for a firm-fixed price (FFP) construction contract titled Agricultural Research Services (ARS) Washington State University (WSU) Plant Biosciences Research Building (PBRB), located in Pullman, Washington.
Products/systems must comply with FAR clause 52.225-11 as referenced below.

GENERAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The identified brand/manufacturer named items are intended to indicate basis of design for the Watson McDaniel Pressure Reducing Valve. The attached specifications identify the salient characteristics of the items required, identify each manufacturer/brand name items, or approved equal.
BUY AMERICAN STATUTE REQUIREMENTS:
