- ****AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of this Amendment is to announce Site Visit (Issuance of Samples) information and add Clause Addendum, correct dates in the RFP, correct formulas in the Pricing Worksheet, Add required document from APU No. 26-01: Mandatory Staffing Plan, and provide Responses to Questions received during Clarification period.
In accordance with 52.237-1 Site Visit (Apr 1984), the BEP WCF - Environmental, Health & Safety Branch is hosting a Pre-Proposal Site Visit during the solicitation phase to allow offerors to obtain a better understanding of site conditions and the work required, as well as acquire samples. The site visit is scheduled at 10:00am CST on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 9000 Blue Mound Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76131. Prospective offerors are encouraged to attend.
