Expression of Interest are invited for Website Design and Build for the Our Ocean Conference Secretariat SCOPE OF WORK AND OUTPUTS/DELIVERABLES The first year of the project will comprise of two phases of website delivery: Phase one (for delivery by the end of September 2024) will see the design and launch of the ‘critical functions- of a new website, this will include: • Design of navigation, look and feel and branding (there is an OOC logo but no brand guidelines for the Secretariat-s purposes) • A comprehensive ‘About- section - charting the history of the Our Ocean Conference and its 9 previous conferences (and highlights from each) compiled by WRI. Commitment Tracker integration with a database that tracks and stores policy commitments* both past and present. A portal will enable users (typically government employees) to login and submit new commitments, as well as edit existing commitments. Any editing of existing commitments must be tracked. • A Secretariat section - explaining the role WRI will play in monitoring and reporting on commitments, with a data capture form for contacting the Secretariat. • Links to Busan 2025 website of the conference, contact information etc. Procurement Category: Consultancy Contract Type: Fixed Place of Performance: United States Deadline for Expression of Interest: July 19, 2024 Deadline for Bid/Proposal Submission: July 26, 2024
