Description:
Leon County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive Weed and Pest Control services across designated parks, recreational facilities, open spaces, trails, and landscaped areas managed by the Parks and Recreation Department. The primary focus will be athletic facilities and practice fields located within Leon County. These services are intended to promote and maintain healthy, safe, and aesthetically pleasing public spaces for the community.The County reserves the right to negotiate with the successful bidder for related services at additional facilities or land areas not specifically identified in this solicitation and may add or remove locations as necessary.NOTE: ATTACHMENT D - BID PRICING SHEET CONTAINS FOUR TABS (AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WORKBOOK): \"TURF AREAS\", \"FIRE ANT CONTROL\", \"AR XC COURSE\", and \"ATHLETIC FIELDS\". BIDDER IS REQUIRED TO ENTER COSTS IN ALL OF THE YELLOW HIGLIGHTED FIELDS FOALL FOUR TABS. Award will be determined by the cumulative total of all 4 tabs.BIDS SHALL BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE IF A DOLLAR AMOUNT (ABOVE $0) IS NOT ENTERED IN EACH FIELD.
