The intent of this solicitation and any resultant Agreement is to obtain Weed Washing Units for useon a local, Regional and Nationwide basis. The Contractor is responsible for all equipment,transportation to/from incident, and setup/take down necessary to meet or exceed the Agreementspecifications. The resources may be used on fire suppression and all-hazard incidents. TheIncident Commander or responsible Government Representative is authorized to administer thetechnical aspects of this agreement.
