Notice of Intent to Sole Source RequirementThe Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 1, Regional Procurement Office East intends to negotiate a sole source contract for W065 Lease Or Rental Of Equipment- Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies in accordance with FAR 13.5 is 41 U.S.C. § 1901 and is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) . Competition is restricted on this procurement due to Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The associated NAICS code for this is 532490. MN 55416.Description of Service:SERVICE: The Contracting Activity is looking to acquire delivery and implementation of (1) Siemens Horizon PET/CT system housed in a mobile coach.
