- Providing the necessary labor, equipment supervision, and expertise to construct the West Infrastructure Improvements which includes stormwater retention ponds and drainage ditches that flow into these ponds, perimeter berms and roadway improvements, culverts, perimeter fencing, electrical service adjustments, and other miscellaneous improvements associated with this work for the City of Edinburg Regional Disposal Facility, TCEQ Permit MSW-956C and all other work as described in these specifications and on the attached project plans.
