- The Community Redevelopment department is looking to have a company provide supplemental litter and debris removal (sometimes large items), minor landscaping, and upkeep of to the rights-of-way (road area, alleys, sidewalks, curbs), Salcines Park, Freedom Park, and other public areas and properties located along the West Main Street area. The geographic boundary for the service request area is identified on the attached maps. In addition, the selected company, while on duty, will observe and report to code enforcement issues, trip hazards, unsafe conditions, and other relevant public safety concerns related to the look and safety of the service area.
