MISSION AND INSTALLATION CONTRACTING COMMAND
MICC-West Point intends to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1: "Only one responsible source and no other supplies / services will satisfy the agency-s requirements." The applicable NAICS Code is 339950 Sign Manufacturing-This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing signs and related displays of all materials (except printing paper and paperboard signs, notices, displays).

This is not a Request for Quotes nor a Solicitation for Offers. No solicitation package will be available.

This is one time requirement to provide two (2) CMS-T333 Full Matrix Digital Signs with Webex CPU, GPS Module, Antennae and RV50 Modem and Cloud Manager. Contractor will provide specifications listed below:
